Best redroof we have ever stayed at excellent customer service
They people here are very nice and accommodating. Allowed me to stay in the same room a couple extra days. Match online price for me as well. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wantsa a good night sleep, close to highways and all the fast food needs.
So far its better than most motels we have checked in. It looks cleaner and smells fresher. Clean sheets and toilets. Wifi was not working properly though. Thy have ice machine but no washer and dryer Oh it has free breakfast… but dont expect much. Oats and bread
The rooms are clean and pet safe. The gentleman at the front desk was accommodating and kind to us after a long day of travel. The price was more than fair.
The person who took my reservation over the phone and then checked me in was very friendly. The location was easy to get to and easy to get back on the expressway. There was a gas station right there and a few restaurants close by. The room was about what you would expect at a RRI. It was clean but there were some water stains on the ceiling tile, no extras, just a bar of soap and a tube of shampoo, but they did have a coffee pot and a couple of coffee pods. The floor could use a repair. Overall it was fine for a one night stay as I was just passing through. And I always appreciate places that are pet friendly as I travel with my doggo.
I have been here in for almost a week now in between moving States til my place was ready and it’s been absolutely amazing. The staff are so helpful and giving the amount of nights I stayed there were discounts given. The guy up front came to the room immediately when in need of solving a teachnical issue or whatever the case may be, etc. HIGHLY recommend this red roof.
The Hotel was definitely worth the Stay! The front desk clerk always had a cheerful attitude. Me and my team of workers had no complaints at all.
First of all, I read reviews and was worried about booking this motel/inn. Last night stayed at Best Western Plus Bloomington East Hotel and they charged me twice and the young girl working the front desk was rude and my room is just as nice here for 40 dollars cheaper and the front desk lady was excellent here. I would stay here again. Im cycling down route 66 and staying here because of some issues i was having, and im glad I came here tonight. Can't speak for any other room, but this room im in right now is decent for 60 dollars. It's not perfect, but it's 60 bucks. There's some issue with the room, but it doesn't affect my stay. Just being fair on the rating. Lights work, TV works and the a/c works, shower is working well. I can deal with the small issues that don't bother me. Might bother some, but im fine here 60 bucks. I will edit by morning if there are any issues.
